We built 2 Shores after years of working within environmental recruitment and seeing how important it is to match people with organisations across the sector in a way that feels thoughtful, informed and genuinely supportive.

ABOUT US
Together, we bring several years of experience in environmental recruitment, supporting organisations and candidates across the UK’s green sector.
We met while working remotely and quickly became good friends with a shared passion for protecting the natural world. When we both faced redundancy, we explored other industries, from construction to data analysis, but it soon became clear that our strengths, and our partnership, belonged back in this field.
So we joined forces, working from shore to shore on a new and exciting venture.
And with that, our recruitment agency, 2 Shores Recruitment, was born!
With backgrounds in wildlife media and people-centric roles, along with personal ties to ecology, horticulture and conservation, we bring genuine insight into the sector and its people. We know how to read a job brief properly, communicate clearly and build relationships that feel natural.
