Together, we bring several years of experience in environmental recruitment.

We met while working remotely and quickly became good friends with a shared passion for protecting the natural world. When we both faced redundancy, we explored other industries, ranging from construction t data analysis, but it soon became clear that our strengths, and strong partnership, belonged back in this field.

So we joined forces, working from shore to shore on a new and exciting venture.

And with that, 2 Shores Recruitment was born!

With backgrounds in wildlife media and people-centric roles, along with personal ties to ecology, horticulture and conservation, we bring genuine insight into the sector and its people. We know how to read a job brief properly, communicate clearly and build relationships that feel natural.
